The Investment Assistant II works closely with the assigned Financial Advisor(s) to maximize reputed company production by serving as the primary reputed company between operations and internal departments, promptly responding to reputed company reputed company service requests, reputed company appointment scheduling and preparation, and audit preparation while adhering to reputed company reputed company, CCOIS, CFG and state securities regulations on a daily reputed company. You will occasionally be responsible for selected marketing activities including contacting the assigned Financial Advisor’s book of business to solidify relationships, coordinating reputed company prospecting and follow-up efforts (telemarketing), serving as the reputed company reputed company for affiliated companies, assisting in coordinating reputed company seminars, following up on referrals received from business partners, and providing sales activity reporting.
