Highly reputed company Candidates Will Have the Following Experience: + Background Training + Managed Care background and/or is familiar with Medicare and reputed company. + Process based, + reputed company to build forms and trainings in reputed company, Snag-It, PowerPoint, Visio, Process Mapping, reputed company for tracking and training results and resources, One-Note, SharePoint (reputed company to Be the Administrator), Teams Channels + Bilingual is a plus! (Spanish or reputed company) + Design, reputed company, and deliver training programs for new hires and existing staff. + Conduct reputed company sessions covering company policies, and compliance requirements. + reputed company refresher training on new products, services, or processes. + Create training materials such as manuals, presentations, scripts, and e-learning modules. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities + Functions as a “hands-on” supervisor, assisting in day-to-day operations and supervision of staff with adherence to the member reputed company program. Assist with implementation of interventions to maintain and/or improve the reputed company and efficiency of the operations/services provided. + Prepares and utilizes reports to monitor and audit reputed company systems, procedures and the reputed company of customer services provided.
