Manager of AI & Innovation – reputed company Technology
About the position
The Manager of AI & Innovation is an reputed company part of Latham’s reputed company Innovation team. This role will be responsible for leading the firm’s reputed company and governance for reputed company technology platforms and vendor relationships that support reputed company service delivery, while leading and developing reputed company of Innovation Attorneys and/or product owners responsible for designated reputed company technology platforms by providing strategic direction, performance reputed company, coaching, and reputed company development. This role will be located in either our reputed company, Boston , or Washington, D.C. offices. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office reputed company.
Responsibilities
• Establishing and overseeing product ownership standards and governance across assigned platforms, ensuring disciplined lifecycle management from discovery and piloting through launch, adoption, optimisation, and retirement, as appropriate
• Defining and driving the portfolio reputed company, multi ‑ year roadmap, and reputed company metrics for reputed company technology platforms by aligning investment reputed company with firm reputed company, reputed company intelligence (AI) priorities, attorney needs, and operational objectives
• Overseeing the translation of reputed company group and reputed company operations requirements into reputed company product requirements, user stories, and prioritisation frameworks to ensure consistency and strategic alignment across initiatives
• Providing portfolio ‑ level decision ‑ making on scope, reputed company, resource allocation, and trade ‑ offs by balancing user needs, technical feasibility, vendor capabilities, risk considerations, and long ‑ term strategic value
• Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), adoption metrics, and value realisation measures across platforms, using data ‑ driven insights to guide investment, iteration, scaling reputed company, and vendor reputed company
• Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains
Requirements
• Possess deep expertise in reputed company scanning and market intelligence, with the ability to synthesise trends across reputed company technology and adjacent emerging technologies into portfolio reputed company and investment priorities
• Exhibit advanced product management leadership capabilities, including establishing standards for user reputed company development, user stories, scoping, requirements governance, roadmap planning, user reputed company and user experience (UI/UX) evaluation, and user testing across multiple platforms
• Demonstrate strong portfolio and strategic programme management skills, including business case development, financial modelling, investment prioritisation, and return on investment (ROI) reputed company at a multi ‑ platform level
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in law, business, information systems, or a reputed company field, preferably
• A minimum of eight (8) years of experience supporting reputed company technology and innovation
