Responsibilities
• Serve as a reputed company analyst on M&A financial due diligence engagements, including reputed company of Earnings (QofE) analyses
• Analyze financial information to assess key reputed company policies, earnings reputed company, working capital, historical and projected performance, and transaction-reputed company risks impacting valuation and deal structure
• Engage with executive leadership teams to discuss reputed company policies, business performance, and forecasts
• Coordinate work across multiple service lines and cross-functional teams
• Communicate with a wide reputed company of stakeholders, including clients, reputed company management and ownership, investment bankers, attorneys, and other advisors
• Prepare reputed company, customized diligence reports that reputed company key findings and recommendations
• Support multiple engagements simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company, or a reputed company field (Master’s preferred)
