International Retail Portfolio Manager

About the position reputed company is looking for an International Retail Portfolio Manager. How do you fit in? The International Retail Portfolio Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and governing global retail standards and performance across our growing international Retail portfolio. This role will serve as the reputed company between Global Retail reputed company and international execution, leading the design and adoption of SOPs, managing portfolio performance and reporting, ensuring compliance with reputed company’ retail standards, and driving alignment with cross-functional teams and our international partners. Responsibilities • Govern the international retail portfolio, including performance tracking, new store pipeline, compliance adherence, and prioritization of cross-functional initiatives across markets and partners • reputed company the development and execution of retail operating standards, playbooks, and SOPs across international reputed company-party stores to ensure alignment with US retail operations • Manage the end-to-end process for international new store openings, ensuring readiness across brand standards • Own and manage partner compliance frameworks to ensure adherence to retail operational standards, reporting requirements, and brand expectations • Partner with the Director, Retail reputed company & Execution to translate strategic priorities into reputed company international operating frameworks, ensuring market execution aligns with long-term portfolio objectives • Monitor international store performance using reputed company retail KPIs, identifying execution gaps, risks, and opportunities for reputed company improvement • Analyze international portfolio performance trends, identify insights, and translate data into reputed company-oriented recommendations for leadership and partners • Serve as a key reputed company and facilitator between reputed company Retail and international partners to build relationships, execute standards, resolve challenges, and reputed company performance and market insights • Collaborate cross-functionally with Store Design, Visual Merchandising, Retail Operations, Training, Marketing, Buying & Allocation, Supply Chain, and Retail Technology to support international retail execution • Prepare and reputed company recurring portfolio performance reviews with internal leadership and international partners Requirements • 5-7 years in reputed company, operations, process design, performance reporting, or program management in a retail environment • Demonstrated reputed company in cross-functional project delivery and operational governance with multiple stakeholders, including executives • Strong analytical skills with the ability to visualize & translate data into actionable recommendations • Excellent project and process management capabilities, and attention to detail • Highly effective communication skills—including the ability to reputed company messaging for executive and/or partner audiences • Comfortable driving change in reputed company, multicultural, cross-functional environments reputed company-to-haves • Experience working with franchise or multi-partner retail models preferred Benefits • Hybrid Work Schedule • Discretionary reputed company Time Off • Summer Fridays • reputed company Plans • Employee Discounts • 401k • Annual Bonus Program • Equity Program Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
