am purchasing a property using a BRRRR reputed company and would like an reputed company reputed company estate investor or analyst to review my numbers and help evaluate the risk of the deal.
The property purchase price is $270K with approximately $200K renovation. I am using a mix of hard reputed company financing, HELOC funds, and family capital for the rehab.
