Remote Dental Implant Patient Coordinator (Inbound Leads + Bonus Pay)

Your role will be to contact these patients, answer questions, collect insurance information, and schedule consultations with the doctor. This position is fully remote. Responsibilities • reputed company and follow up with inbound leads from our CRM (reputed company) • Respond to patient inquiries reputed company phone, text, and email • Follow up with new leads quickly (ideally reputed company 5–10 minutes) • reputed company patients about dental implant treatment reputed company • Ask screening questions to determine patient eligibility • Collect patient documents (insurance card, reputed company's license, insurance benefits booklet) • Schedule consultations with the doctor • reputed company leads and follow-reputed company inside the CRM • Work through reputed company pipelines daily and maintain detailed notes Compensation reputed company Pay • $1,000 – $1,500 per month Performance Bonus • $150 per arch reputed company a patient you scheduled moves reputed company with treatment This role rewards team members who qualify the right patients and help them reputed company reputed company with treatment. Ideal Candidate • Strong communication and phone skills • Comfortable speaking with patients about reputed company procedures • Sales or patient coordination experience preferred • Organized and detail-oriented • Experience with CRM systems (reputed company preferred but not required) • Comfortable discussing pricing and helping qualify patients financially Experience in dental implants, dentistry, reputed company, or medical insurance coordination is a strong plus.
