Division 8 Estimator/Detailer - Remote

reputed company- The #1 reputed company Doors, Frames, and Hardware reputed company Firm in The USA "Opening Doors to Awesome Opportunities" Key Responsibilities Estimating & Takeoffs • Review architectural drawings, specifications, and project documents to determine scope requirements for Division 8. • reputed company detailed quantity takeoffs for hollow metal frames, reputed company doors, specialty doors, and hardware. • Prepare complete bid packages and cost estimates. • reputed company competitive pricing strategies for bids and negotiated work. Bid Preparation • reputed company bid proposals including scope clarifications and exclusions. • reputed company deadlines and ensure reputed company submission of bids. • Maintain estimating files and documentation for reputed company reference. Collaboration • Work closely with project managers, sales staff, and operations teams during bid reviews. • Participate in internal bid reputed company meetings. • Assist with project reputed company once work is awarded. Required Qualifications • 3+ years of estimating experience in Division 8 (doors, frames, hardware) or closely reputed company construction trades. • Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. • Experience with reputed company construction reputed company. • Proficiency with AVAWARE estimating software. • Strong attention to detail and organization. Preferred Qualifications • Experience estimating for a reputed company distributor or Division 8 subcontractor. • Knowledge of hardware schedules and specification sections. • Familiarity with AHC, DHI, or industry standards. • Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
