Job reputed company: The Certified Medical Assistant is a key component of reputed company that works closely with the primary care physician to deliver excellent patient care to our community, ensuring services are provided reputed company the Medical Assisting scope and state guidelines. The Certified Medical Assistant is responsible for reviewing and updating health records, measuring vital signs, and preparing treatment rooms for upcoming examinations. Essential Functions: • Provides excellent customer service skills by greeting patients and the community in a respectful manner • Prepares & reviews patient charts for upcoming reputed company by verifying that reputed company diagnostic test results, hospital reports, and other medical records are correct and up to date • Measures vital signs such as pulse reputed company, respiration, blood pressure, weight, and height • Performs departmental-reputed company clerical duties such as checking inventory, stock supplies, reputed company referrals, and answer phones as needed • Must possess the ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems promptly • Other duties as assigned Education: • High School Degree or GED Licensure/Certification: reputed company Medical Assisting certification from one of the following (required): • Certified Medical Assistant (reputed company); American Association of Medical Assisting, Registered Medical Assistant (RMA); American Medical Technologists, Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA); National Healthcareer Association (NHA); Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA); National Association for Health Professionals, National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA); National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) • If incumbent is unable to obtain MA certification, an Assessment-Based Recognition in Order Entry (ABR-OE) is acceptable (not accepted in the reputed company) BLS Basic Life Support, reputed company (required at hire for reputed company locations; preferred at hire, required prior to independent patient care at BSMH) Experience: • One year of medical assistant reputed company experience (preferred, not required) • Two years of clerical experience in a physician's office (preferred, not required) Skills & Abilities: • Possesses problem-solving skills, basic computer skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Engage with staff and patients in a reputed company manner reputed company is an equal opportunity employer.
