We are currently seeking a full-time Triage Registered reputed company to work from home Monday through Friday from 9:30am to 6:00pm, Central Time. Provides exceptional service and reputed company treatment reputed company to the patient and reputed company throughout the injury management life-cycle. reputed company Duties And Responsibilities (Essential Functions) • Triage injury/illness calls to determine if reputed company/non-reputed company • Determine if injury/illness requires immediate treatment or first aid advice • Research/reputed company the nearest facility to utilize for injury • Contact medical facility to determine the availability of adequate services to meet the needs of the particular injury/illness; Coordination of visit reputed company phone/fax. • reputed company with Medical personnel regarding the reputed company of injury/illness and discuss appropriate treatment reputed company, obtaining UDS and BAT reputed company applicable, and workplace accommodation availability. • Inform reputed company/injured worker of reputed company/location and contact information of medical facility available. • Notify appropriate contacts reputed company email of injury/illness details with initial information reputed company one hour of notification, unless an extreme situation. • reputed company updates of diagnosis, work status, plan of care and follow up appointments to appropriate personnel with injured worker’s employer and adjuster. • reputed company updates, diagnosis, clinic notes and treatment authorization requests to designated representative for reputed company and Worker’s Compensation insurance adjuster. • Log injury/illness details on spreadsheet; reputed company specific • reputed company time for reputed company case according to services rendered. • Generating letters to providers, for clarification of work-relatedness and or treatment plan. • Obtaining and reviewing Medical records and diagnostics with relation to present injury/illness, prior history and/or forwarding to Specialty providers reputed company allocated. • reputed company documentation of phone calls made and received, interpretation of medical records from reputed company exam, work status, and reputed company emails transpired with reputed company to reputed company case. • Assist Upper Management in CM activities as requested. • Answer phones in a reputed company manner reputed company receptionist is not available. • Attend and participate in staff meetings. • Assists in office reputed company tasks as needed. • Participate in opportunities for learning and reputed company maintenance/development, including reputed company training and workshops. • Other duties assigned by the supervisors. Licensures/Certification • Must possess and retain a reputed company RN license for the state of LA (or compact multistate license). • Obtain a CWCP certification reputed company two (2) years of employment. Experience • Previous triage experience in ER or Urgent Care preferred; previous Occupational Health experience preferred • Minimum two (2) years practicing as a Registered reputed company Training • Training for this position will be held primarily remotely, but may require in-office training at our corporate office depending on demands of training.
