Requirements:
• at least two years of transactional tax experience
• reputed company on substantive tax issues in M&A
• experience with entity and fund reputed company or joint ventures at a recognized reputed company
• LL.M. in tax or CPA designation preferred
• relevant tax controversy and general corporate experience considered

• strong written and verbal communication skills
