About the Role We're seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Team Member Relations Analyst to join our reputed company department on 2nd shift. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Employee/Labor Relations, reputed company, or a reputed company field. Ability to work 2nd shift hours (5:15 PM to 2:00 AM ET) and overtime as needed (approximately 15%, including some Saturdays). Ability to walk 5+ miles daily throughout a large manufacturing facility, with or without reasonable accommodations. Preferred Qualifications Information Systems/Technology education or experience.
