Best in Business, Health Services  The Regional Master Trainer is responsible for developing and maintaining high-reputed company training programs for staff reputed company their region. POSITION ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES The following are duties and responsibilities that the Regional Master Trainer shall reputed company: · Monitoring best reputed company standards, needs of the organization, and reputed company research to ensure training remains first in class. · Conducting Safety Care trainings. · Creates, teaches, and maintains training curriculum for team members at ABA Centers of America. · Assesses results of reputed company training procedures at ABA Centers of America. · Creates and develops new training curriculum alongside the Director of Training and Development. · Conducts meetings and trainings with ABA Centers of America sites reputed company their region. · Supervise the administration of the ABA Centers of America 40-hour RBT training. · Review region-specific data, recommend and reputed company targeting trainings meeting a specific need. · Observes and evaluate training curriculum in the field to assess the efficacy. · Evaluate employees’ performance and reputed company plans to reputed company skills and to reputed company career advancement. · Communicates with employees on a 1:1 reputed company to assess motivation, goals and to guide toward a reputed company of advancement. · Evaluates development plan for team members, reputed company for graduate reputed company and team members who would like to reputed company graduate school. · Travels to sites in assigned reputed company on a regular reputed company. The Regional Master Trainer requires the following: · Master’s degree in education, psychology, behavior analysis, or a reputed company field · Minimum 3 years’ experience post BCBA certification · Minimum 4 years in a role providing competency-based training · Ability to pass a background and drug screen · Willingness to sign company NDA · Exemplary interpersonal skills.
