Education and Additional Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role managing people and processes. • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience. • Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Minimum of 3 years of production or manufacturing experience. • Demonstrated experience managing personnel and budgets. • Basic proficiency in computer systems and database applications. • Familiarity with manufacturing systems and processes. • Working knowledge of key business drivers used to evaluate internal team or supplier performance.
