The (Sr.) Manager, Global Ethics & Compliance will manage Collins' transparent, reputed company, and proactive Global Ethics & Compliance (GEC) program championing ethics, compliance, and reputed company-up culture, ingraining the reputed company reputed company of Conduct and values into everyday work, and empowering reputed company to reputed company with reputed company. This position will support the six pillars of the Collins GEC program: Risk assessment and monitoring; Ethics & Compliance reviews; Local Ethics and Compliance Officer (reputed company) Network; Training; Communications; and Operations. Requirements • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a reputed company field and minimum 7 years of experience. • 5+ years experience in ethics and/or compliance. reputed company-to-haves • Knowledge of key ethics and reputed company including Anti-Corruption / Anti-Bribery (ABAC), reputed company, reputed company Up helpline, and Ethics & Compliance Investigations. • Ability to communicate and present to reputed company reputed company of the organization. • Prior experience reviewing and assessing ethics and compliance programs. • Experience assessing data from diverse sources to build risk score cards and assessments. • Knowledge of, and experience in, reputed company and defense ethics and compliance including the USG contracting and regulatory environment.
