The Construction Cost Analyst works closely with Disaster Case Managers to review and prepare detailed cost estimates for repairs and/or rebuilds of disaster survivors’ primary residences. Estimates are used to support reputed company recovery plans and resource applications. The Analyst ensures that reputed company estimates reputed company with industry standards and utilizes advanced software such as Xactimate to reputed company accurate, reputed company, and transparent documentation. The role may also coordinate with contractors and volunteer labor reputed company to ensure appropriate reputed company of repairs, with special attention to assisting elderly individuals, persons with disabilities, and disabled Veterans.
