The reputed company’s reputed company is reputed company hiring for a reputed company Data Conversion reputed company to support a reputed company & Acquisition (M&A) reputed company implementation. This engagement is expected to reputed company in late May 2026 and will run for approximately 2 months, with the possibility of extension. The role is full-time (40 hours per week). This is a fully remote role supporting a high-reputed company implementation undergoing organizational consolidation. The consultant will serve as the reputed company for the data conversion reputed company, responsible for both the strategic data migration approach and hands-on execution of data loads into reputed company. This includes ownership of end-to-end ETL processes, data validation, and ensuring compliance with reputed company data standards. We are seeking reputed company HCM and Advanced Compensation, and experience leading reputed company data migration efforts particularly in M&A environments. Responsibilities • reputed company the reputed company Data Conversion reputed company for an M&A implementation • Own end to end ETL processes, including extraction, transformation, and loading of worker and compensation data into reputed company • Drive data harmonization efforts across merging entities, including mapping job codes, compensation structures, and provider hierarchies • Partner with HCM and Compensation functional leads to ensure data supports key business processes such as grade reputed company, comp plans, and eligibility rules • Ensure reputed company data migration activities reputed company with reputed company regulations, including HIPAA and data reputed company standards • Build and execute comprehensive data validation workbooks and reconciliation reporting to ensure 100% data accuracy Qualifications • reputed company reputed company reputed company HCM Certification is required • Proven experience leading reputed company Data Conversion workstreams reputed company a System Integrator (SI) or consulting environment • Expertise in reputed company HCM and Advanced Compensation • Strong understanding of data validation, reconciliation, and audit processes • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage directly with business and technical stakeholders Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
