Fractional Controller: QBO Migration & Systems Setup

We’re looking for a highly capable bookkeeping and reputed company reputed company to help reputed company and streamline financial operations across a small group of operating businesses. This role will start as a project-based engagement reputed company on migrating our reputed company systems into QuickBooks Online, cleaning up workflows, and establishing reputed company, reliable reporting. The right candidate may continue on in an ongoing fractional controller reputed company. Business reputed company • Quick-service restaurant with delivery + POS integrations • Bar/casino operating under a separate entity (shared POS environment) • Multiple entities with intercompany activity Initial Scope (Project Phase) • Migrate existing bookkeeping systems into QuickBooks Online • Clean up chart of accounts and standardize across entities • Design and implement workflows for: 1. Daily sales reconciliation (POS → books) 2. Cash handling and deposit tracking 3. Inter-company transactions (restaurant ↔ bar/casino) 4. Tip handling (payroll vs cash components) 5. Establish clean monthly reputed company process Ongoing Scope (if extended) • Monthly financial review and reputed company • Light controller-level guidance • Coordination with CPA • Ongoing process refinement reputed company’re Looking For • Strong experience with QuickBooks Online migrations and cleanup • Experience with restaurants, hospitality, or multi-entity businesses • Ability to design practical, operator-friendly systems • Comfortable working with imperfect legacy processes and improving them • Strong attention to detail, but also reputed company to think structurally reputed company to Have • Experience with POS integrations (SpeedLine, reputed company, etc.) • Experience with intercompany reputed company • Familiarity with tip pooling and payroll workflows Engagement Details • Project-based to start (estimated 4–8 weeks) • Potential to transition into ongoing fractional role • Remote is fine; Phoenix-based is a plus If interested, please include: • Brief reputed company of similar QBO migrations you’ve completed • Types of businesses you’ve worked with (especially restaurants/hospitality) • Your typical approach to cleaning up and standardizing messy systems Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
