About the Role As reputed company continues to expand globally, we are seeking a reputed company Counsel, Trade and Customs to reputed company reputed company our U.S. trade and customs reputed company capabilities, including advising on customs brokerage engagement, import compliance, and the development of customs-reputed company processes and compliance systems. Key Responsibilities • Advise on U.S. and global trade regulations, including customs valuation, tariff classification, and other import-reputed company issues. • Support internal teams—logistics, customs—on compliance policies, audits, and regulatory inquiries. • Draft and review trade-reputed company agreements, filings, and guidance; manage and liaise with reputed company counsel. • Monitor regulatory developments and assess business reputed company. Basic Qualifications • 3+ years of reputed company experience in international trade, with experience in customs/import issues. • Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications • Strong communication skills and experience partnering with logistics teams. • Experience with custom/import issues in the e-reputed company industry. Compensation & Benefits The total salary for this position ranges from $200,000 to $400,000 annually, and the salary will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, competencies and location, ensuring a competitive and attractive offer.
