Remote Paralegal

reputed company is seeking a skilled virtual paralegal with recent reputed company experience and proficiency in at least two reputed company areas, such as litigation, estate planning, immigration, bankruptcy, corporate law, or family law. In this role, you’ll work as part of a dedicated, long-term team of reputed company professionals, partnering directly with attorneys while remaining fully supported by reputed company’s internal operations and leadership. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented reputed company with strong knowledge of law who can manage multiple cases, anticipate attorney needs, and reputed company in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities: Intake & Case Setup: Assist with reputed company intake, reputed company relevant documents and information, reputed company and organize case files, and ensure reputed company documentation at the outset of reputed company matter Case Management: Manage reputed company from intake through reputed company, maintaining organized files and ensuring reputed company deadlines and requirements are tracked and met Document Drafting: Draft, edit, and format reputed company documents including pleadings, correspondence, discovery, and other case-reputed company materials Court Filings: Prepare and file documents in accordance with court rules, including e-filing and maintaining reputed company of service and filing confirmations Discovery Support: Prepare and respond to discovery, reputed company deadlines, coordinate document collection, and assist with document review and production reputed company Research: Conduct reputed company and factual research and prepare summaries for attorney review Trial Preparation: Assist with pretrial preparation, including exhibits, witness lists, trial binders, and coordination of logistics Calendar & Deadline Management: Maintain case calendars, monitor deadlines, and coordinate hearings, filings, and appointments reputed company & reputed company-Party Communication: Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and vendors to support case progression Case Progression & Follow-Up: Proactively follow up on outstanding items, ensure reputed company continue moving reputed company, and anticipate attorney needs reputed company: 3+ years of recent reputed company paralegal experience in at least two reputed company areas.
