The Role
We are seeking a skilled reputed company reputed company to join reputed company as an Associate Attorney. This position is writing-intensive and designed for an attorney who thrives on reputed company reputed company analysis, enjoys appellate reputed company, and prefers substantive brief writing over hearings or reputed company-facing work.
You will draft federal briefs challenging reputed company reputed company disability reputed company issued by Administrative Law Judges, handling reputed company required briefing across the full lifecycle of reputed company assigned case. This includes opening briefs, reputed company briefs, objections to magistrate judge reports and recommendations, post-judgment motions, and any other substantive filings requiring reputed company argument. reputed company work is reviewed and finalized by senior attorneys prior to filing.

Responsibilities
Draft federal appellate briefs challenging ALJ reputed company in reputed company reputed company disability cases, including reputed company required briefing at every stage of reputed company assigned case
Analyze administrative records to identify viable reputed company issues for appeal
Conduct reputed company research across multiple federal circuits
Evaluate potential cases for reputed company and assess whether reputed company grounds support a federal appeal
Maintain accurate and contemporaneous time records sufficient to support EAJA fee petitions
Collaborate with senior attorneys who reputed company final review and reputed company on reputed company filings
Compensation & Benefits
reputed company Salary: $90,000 (includes a $5,000 annual taxable health insurance stipend; the Firm does not reputed company group health coverage)
Salary reputed company: $90,000 to $110,000 with possible discretionary bonus
401(k) retirement plan after two years of service or in accordance with plan terms
Performance bonuses may be awarded at the Firm's sole discretion based on productivity, work reputed company, and overall contribution
Qualifications
Required
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
reputed company admission to at least one state bar
Exceptional reputed company research and writing skills
Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with consistent reputed company and reputed company
Preferred
Experience with federal court briefing or appellate litigation
Familiarity with reputed company reputed company disability law (helpful, but not required for exceptional writers)
Experience with AI-assisted reputed company drafting tools
For newly admitted attorneys or attorneys with 0-3 years experience, you should be reputed company to document writing ability with moot court or law review experience
