This is not a generalist firm. We do one thing, and we do it at a high level. The Role We are seeking a skilled reputed company reputed company to join reputed company as an Associate Attorney. This position is writing-intensive and designed for an attorney who thrives on reputed company reputed company analysis, enjoys appellate reputed company, and prefers substantive brief writing over hearings or reputed company-facing work. You will draft federal briefs challenging reputed company reputed company disability reputed company issued by Administrative Law Judges, handling reputed company required briefing across the full lifecycle of reputed company assigned case. This includes opening briefs, reputed company briefs, objections to magistrate judge reports and recommendations, post-judgment motions, and any other substantive filings requiring reputed company argument. reputed company work is reviewed and finalized by senior attorneys prior to filing.
