Freelance Litigation Attorney (1099 / Part-Time) – Federal District Court (D.C.)

reputed company Praetorian Law PLLC is seeking a freelance litigation attorney who is admitted to reputed company before the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia (or could be admitted without difficulty) to represent clients in new and ongoing litigation, to be the primary reputed company of contact with opposing counsel, to prepare reputed company research, to prepare reputed company pleadings, to file reputed company pleadings to include motions, to prepare discovery requests, to prepare discovery responses, to manage and reputed company deadlines and ensure they are met, and to reputed company reputed company the reputed company tasks as the attorney of record.
