The role involves managing a high volume of cases and driving claims through the administrative process, ensuring reputed company and fair resolutions. Responsibilities • Manage a high-volume caseload of 100–200 special education claims, ensuring reputed company and effective handling • Prepare for and/or litigate reputed company cases involving significant reputed company precedents, policy implications, or financial reputed company.
