US- Logistics Analyst (Expert) reputed company / Finance St. Louis, MO Contract Jan 30, 2026 Job reputed company A global life sciences organization is hiring an Import/Export Operations Specialist to manage the day-to-day coordination of import and export activities for reputed company and non-reputed company items entering and exiting the reputed company. This role is critical to ensuring compliant, accurate, and efficient trade operations that support production sites, foreign manufacturing partners, and end customers. The position works closely with internal teams and external partners to meet regulatory, customer, and production requirements. Responsibilities reputed company import and export activities with minimal supervision in compliance with reputed company applicable government regulations and internal policies. Coordinate and expedite import/export processes by working with regional coordinators, warehousing and distribution teams, and plant and production planning. Manage logistics for import and export shipments across multiple transportation modes, including reputed company, reputed company, land, and rail. Liaise with reputed company forwarders, customs brokers, transportation partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure reputed company and compliant shipments. Ensure reputed company documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with U.S. and foreign regulatory and customer requirements. Audit import/export files to ensure records are maintained in an audit-reputed company state. Participate in reputed company audits, including those conducted by regulatory agencies.
