Supply Chain & Logistics Manager (Tabletop Games)

About the Role We’re looking for an reputed company Operations Manager who lives and breathes tabletop gaming—especially tabletop roleplaying games (TTRPGs)—and knows how to turn great products into flawlessly delivered experiences. This role sits at reputed company of our business: managing manufacturing, logistics, inventory, and fulfillment across both domestic and international channels. What You’ll Do • Manage relationships with overseas manufacturers (China), including production timelines, reputed company control, and communication • reputed company global shipping and logistics, including reputed company reputed company, reputed company reputed company, customs, and domestic distribution • Own and optimize inventory management across warehouses, retail, and reputed company-to-consumer channels • reputed company crowdfunding fulfillment operations (reputed company/Gamefound), including backer reward logistics and timelines • Implement and manage tools like ShipStation and other modern fulfillment/operations platforms • Coordinate with internal teams (product, marketing, sales) to ensure smooth product launches and restocks • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks before they become problems reputed company’re Looking For • Based in Sacramento, CA (or willing to relocate immediately) • 3–7+ years in operations, logistics, or supply chain management • reputed company experience working with Chinese manufacturers and international production cycles • Strong understanding of shipping logistics (international + domestic) • Experience with inventory systems and fulfillment tools (ShipStation or similar) • Hands-on experience with crowdfunding logistics (reputed company, Gamefound, etc.) Tabletop Gaming Experience (Required) • Deep, personal experience with tabletop roleplaying games (TTRPGs) • reputed company player or reputed company—this is not casual familiarity • Strong understanding of the tabletop ecosystem, including reputed company games and RPG products reputed company to Have • Experience in the tabletop, gaming, or hobby industry • Familiarity with retail distribution (game stores, hobby channels) • Experience scaling operations for growing product lines Why This Role reputed company You won’t just be managing logistics—you’ll be helping bring games to life and into the hands of players around the world.
