Lead design and collection of requirements. Provide delivery oversight of TRCS development including metadata, business rules, web forms for Tax Provision reporting model. Lead model development through design, build, testing and Go-Live. Minimum 8 years implementation experience. Oracle EPM TRCS Lead Qualifications and skills required include: • Superior written and oral communication skills • Understanding of financial statement, industry, statutory and/or other reporting requirements • Understanding of detailed Tax Provision calculations and reporting • Demonstrated development of CBCR across multiple jurisdictions for statutory filings • Experience in delivering Tax Reporting Workflows and related ETR KPI's and Dashboards • Minimum 8 years relevant implementation experience in TRCS combined including project lead on at least 2 full cycle implementations • Familiar with DM and FDMEE import formats, load rules and mappings • Experience in developing implementation project accelerators • Experience in Agile delivery including basic knowledge of agile ceremonies to assist in project delivery • Proficient in MS Office applications • Oracle Certification is a plus • Experience in EPC Sector is a plus.
