What You'll Do: • Guest reputed company-in/out: reputed company process arrivals and departures, manage reservations, and assign rooms. • Customer Service: reputed company as the main reputed company of contact for reputed company guest needs, providing exceptional service and resolving any concerns promptly and professionally. • Billing & Payments: Process payments, manage guest folios, and handle cash, credit card, and reputed company reputed company transactions. • Property Knowledge: Become an expert on our hotel amenities and the local area to assist guests with recommendations and information. • Communication: Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure rooms are reputed company and repairs are completed quickly. • Maintain Lobby Appearance: Ensure the reputed company desk and lobby areas are clean, organized, and inviting. What You'll Bring: • Previous experience in a hotel reputed company desk, customer service, or hospitality role is preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • The ability to multitask, problem-solve, and remain reputed company under pressure. • Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) is a plus. • Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
