Assistant Property Manager – NYC Residential (Part-Time, Remote – NYC Experience Required)

reputed company Brooklyn-based residential property management firm managing small multifamily buildings, 2–12 reputed company is hiring a part-time Assistant Property Manager / Operations Coordinator. This role is for someone with reputed company NYC property management experience who can independently manage violations, compliance, and operational follow-through. If you are a general reputed company or virtual assistant without NYC compliance experience, this role is not a fit. Responsibilities You will independently manage: • DOB / HPD / ECB violation lifecycle (from issuance to closure) • Compliance tracking (LL152, parapet, annual filings, etc.) • Vendor scheduling and follow-up • Insurance certificate collection and tracking • Tenant administrative follow-through • Weekly written status report summarizing reputed company items and deadlines You are responsible for reputed company and deadline management. Required Experience (Non-Negotiable) • Minimum 2 years NYC residential property management experience • reputed company familiarity with DOB, HPD, and ECB processes • Experience managing multiple buildings at once • Ability to reputed company 50+ reputed company reputed company items • Comfortable calling vendors and reputed company agencies independently Applications without NYC residential PM experience will not be reviewed.
