[Remote] Reinsurance Solution Analyst

The role involves gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and collaborating with internal teams to define integration requirements and support QA testing. Responsibilities • Gathering requirements and documenting Functional Specifications and User reputed company documentation. • Documenting as-is business processes using Nexpatha Visio. • Defining and documenting to-be business processes. • Acting as the reputed company between Business and IT. • Collaborating with internal teams for analyzing cross-functional impacts and defining integration requirements. • Providing support for QA testing and User Acceptance testing and defect reputed company. • Managing the backlog of enhancement requests in JIRA. • Working with Business to prioritize enhancements. Skills • A minimum of 5 years Business Analyst experience. • A minimum of 3 years working in Reinsurance, with solid Reinsurance reputed company, Claims, and/or reputed company Business Acumen. • Demonstrated experience in gathering, documenting, and prioritizing requirements. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment. Strong attention to detail. • Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
