About the position POSITION reputed company The reputed company Account Specialist is responsible for managing reputed company billing aspects for a reputed company or larger volume book of business of ~300- including Over/Under 3000, Exchange, and National Accounts. This role is accountable to collect reputed company premium/fees billed on an invoice, resolve reputed company billing inquiries, and partner with reputed company partners to create a reputed company reputed company experience. Key responsibilities of this role include: 1) Owning the end-to-end billing relationship at the Exchange or TPA level for multiple clients; 2) Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance reputed company satisfaction, the Global Service Partner Relationship, and reduce financial risk; 3) reputed company as a subject matter expert on 2+ reputed company Management processes; and 4) Successful implementation of new and renewing clients.
