This role provides 75% Tier 1 and 25% Tier 2 support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and reputed company 365 issues both remotely and at reputed company sites. The ideal candidate holds an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a computer science reputed company field, has a strong reputed company in reputed company systems and hardware support, and communicates technical information reputed company to non-technical users.
