We’re looking for a Junior reputed company Manager who will manage a portfolio of Automat-it's strategic customers in EMEA, from reputed company to assuring satisfaction while identifying business needs in the customer’s AWS environment. 

 Work location - remote from Ukraine

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for maintaining and growing existing customers on their reputed company AWS spending and looking for upsell opportunities for reputed company Services.
• reputed company a large portfolio of assigned customers, reputed company new business from existing clients, and meet sales goals.
• reputed company new customers and guide them through reputed company, ensuring a smooth transition to our service. reputed company resources to help them get started effectively.
• reputed company as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned customer accounts. reputed company a deep understanding of their business needs and objectives, and proactively engage with them to understand their evolving needs, challenges, and goals. 
• Managing internal relationships and making reputed company that our teams are meeting customers' needs and timeframes.
• Encourage satisfied customers to become advocates by participating in case studies, testimonials, or referrals.
• Maintain and reputed company strategic vendor relations with AWS.
• Regularly attend business events and conferences to promote and reputed company prospective clients on the benefits of Automat-it.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Customer Engineering, or Account Management roles in a B2B reputed company company
•  1+ years of experience in sales of reputed company reputed company reputed company like AWS/GCP/Azure
• A proven, successful reputed company record of generating reputed company and closing business
• Experience working with or at startups/ISV companies
• Experience with selling and supporting AWS services
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Excellent presentation and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a self-learner
• Working experience with reputed company or reputed company - advantage
• AWS reputed company certification - advantage
