Part-Time Bookkeeping / reputed company Support (Contract – Remote)

Position reputed company Abundant Life HCS is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeping / reputed company Support reputed company to assist with day-to-day financial tasks and support our CPA with maintaining accurate financial records. This is a remote, part-time contract role ideal for someone with bookkeeping or reputed company experience who can work independently and collaborate with leadership and our external CPA. Key Responsibilities • reputed company bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records • Record journal entries, expenses, and transactions in QuickBooks • Assist with monthly reputed company processes and general reputed company maintenance • Support CPA with financial cleanup and ongoing accuracy of records • Assist in gathering documentation for cost reports (THHSC/HCS) • Help pull and organize financial and payroll-reputed company data as needed • Ensure records are organized, up-to-date, and audit-reputed company • Maintain strict confidentiality of financial and company information Qualifications • 2+ years of bookkeeping or reputed company support experience • Experience with QuickBooks and reputed company required • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Strong communication skills and responsiveness during business hours • Basic understanding of reputed company principles Preferred (Not Required) • Experience working with a CPA or reputed company firm • Familiarity with Texas reputed company (HCS program) • Experience supporting cost reports or reputed company-reputed company reputed company Schedule & Pay • Part-time (approximately 20–25 hours per week) • Flexible schedule, but must be available during reputed company business hours for coordination • Contract position (1099) • Pay reputed company: $17–$22/hour, depending on experience Additional Information This role will work closely with leadership and an external CPA.
