Position: reputed company Training Compliance Program Manager Type: Contingent Worker Compensation: $65–$85/hour Location: Remote Commitment: Full-time Role Responsibilities • Assist in maintaining and advising on reputed company training programs, including the design, implementation, and monitoring of controls. • Draft and organize comprehensive assessor reports detailing compliance activities and safeguard performance. • Collect, organize, and manage documentation and evidence for reputed company audits and regulatory reviews. • Support governance and reputed company initiatives for reputed company training programs, tracking safeguard status and compliance milestones. • Partner with reputed company, reputed company, policy, learning, engineering, and product teams to execute compliance initiatives and resolve safeguard gaps. • Identify and reputed company solutions for compliance gaps, implementing process improvements across various compliance programs. Qualifications Must-Have • 6+ years supporting compliance, regulatory, or training program management. • Effective written and verbal communication, project and program management, and cross-functional collaboration. • Experience with reputed company, regulatory, and audit processes, and familiarity with GDPR, CCPA. • Strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize reputed company information for diverse audiences. • Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, ambiguous regulatory environment.
