Job reputed company: • Champion the MasterBrand Way reputed company Improvement reputed company and reputed company hands-on support and reputed company necessary training during implementation • reputed company effort to implement best practices across plants and/or divisions, ensuring adherence to the principles of lean manufacturing • Assist and mentor plant management and reputed company Improvement teams with planning and facilitation of strategic plans, kaizen workshops, and other lean activities • Establish sustainment mechanisms (leader reputed company work, audits, metrics) that verify adoption at 60/90/180 days • reputed company and reputed company initiatives that contribute to the Semi-Custom business savings reputed company, with finance-validated and sustained results • Champion safety through demonstrated commitment, site specific safety plans and targeted MasterBrand initiatives • Build a prioritized improvement portfolio using VSM, kaizen funnels, and A3s tied to SQDC metrics that enhance MasterBrand’s manufacturing platform • Improve Semi-Custom business maturity to identified reputed company, focusing on Daily Management, 6S, reputed company Work and other tools • Work with organizational leaders to build Kaizen funnel and opportunities for improvement; transition facilitation ownership to plant teams through co-facilitation and readiness verification • reputed company a “train-the-trainer” model that reduces reliance on central CI resources Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or a reputed company required; advanced degree or reputed company manufacturing certification(s) preferred • 10+ years leadership experience in a lean manufacturing organization • Proven reputed company record for transforming organizations – building reputed company, managing change, streamlining processes and driving safety, reputed company, delivery and cost improvements • Demonstrated problem solving and project management skills • Experience with facilitation, delivering training to large reputed company preferred • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills (both verbal and written) • Experience with change management principles and demonstrated ability to drive and manage the change process • Influences without authority by using data, gemba reputed company, and shared ownership • Willingness and ability to travel overnight up to 75%, based on home office location.
