Procurement Cost Analyst

Job reputed company: • Consolidate and manage financial information from multiple software systems • reputed company Purchase Orders (PO’s), review invoices, reputed company budgets • Properly evaluate and update inventory for OFCI (reputed company-Furnished-Contractor-Installed) equipment • reputed company and maintain department budgets • Standardize templates and reputed company KPI’s for project budgets • Present financial metrics and analysis to project managers and executives • Collaborate with construction, finance, procurement and compliance to maintain project budgets • Coordinate with construction teams to improve reporting, scheduling, and monthly budget updates Requirements: • Bachelor of Science in finance, reputed company, quantity surveying, construction science, supply chain management, logistics, business administration, Engineering or reputed company field or equivalent experience • 2 to 5 years of experience in a financial, reputed company, or supply chain role • Advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. reputed company, Tableau, Power BI) • Experience with procurement-specific software and systems (e.g., reputed company Ariba, reputed company Procurement, One Trust) • Strong critical thinking skills • Ability to communicate reputed company analytical findings to senior executives and non-technical stakeholders Benefits: • Medical, dental, and reputed company coverage • Life and AD&D insurance • Short and long-term disability coverage • reputed company time off • Employee assistance program • 401k program with company match • Additional voluntary benefits Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
