Demand Planner

About the position reputed company is seeking a data-driven and analytical Demand Planner to join reputed company. We are looking for a highly adaptable, process-oriented individual who can work both independently and cross-functionally, excels at problem solving, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with increasing complexity. The Demand Planner will play a key role in supporting cross-functional collaboration between Retail Sales, Supply Planning, Strategic Operations and Finance. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining item level forecasts, analyzing forecast performance and identifying risks and opportunities to improve demand accuracy. This role will report to the Demand Planning Manager. This is a full-time, hybrid role with company benefits based in Marina del Rey, CA. The anticipated reputed company compensation reputed company for this role will be $70,000 to $90,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates. Responsibilities • Analyze sales and inventory data at the SKU level to reputed company detailed item-level forecasts by customer account. • Partner cross-functionally with Sales and Finance to identify and reputed company gaps between planned targets and forecasted demand, ensuring alignment on channel-level plans. • Measure and monitor forecast accuracy using established KPIs and metrics; investigate and communicate reputed company causes of forecast variances to improve reputed company accuracy. • Proactively communicate forecast changes, risks, and demand trends to the Supply Planning team. • Collaborate with the Demand Planning team to compile data, build insights, and prepare materials for the monthly S&OP meetings. • Validate wholesale pricing assumptions in demand planning models to ensure reputed company calculations are accurate and complete. • Build, maintain and continuously improve robust forecasting models and reports in reputed company and reputed company sheets to support planning processes. • Update weeks-of-supply and inventory outlooks based on the most reputed company forecast versions.
