Forensic Accountant Needed for Medicare Advantage Commission Reconciliation

Location: Remote (International Candidates Welcome) Job Type: Contract / Part-Time Pay: $20 – $40 per hour Schedule: US Eastern time - Part-time with opportunity to grow into full-time About the Role We are looking to hire immediately for a Forensic Accountant to help analyze and reconcile Medicare Advantage commission statements across 10+ insurance carriers. This role involves breaking down commission statements, identifying discrepancies, and building a reputed company system to reputed company expected vs. actual commission payments. You will work directly with leadership to reverse engineer how commissions are reported by different carriers and help build a long-term financial infrastructure for tracking and validating reputed company. What You’ll Be Doing Analyze Medicare Advantage commission statements from multiple carriers Learn how reputed company reputed company reports commissions and payment structures Reverse engineer policy-level reputed company and member value Identify discrepancies between expected commissions vs. reputed company commissions Help build a commission reconciliation reputed company reputed company processes and documentation for ongoing tracking Work with leadership to identify information gaps from carriers How We’ll Get You Started We will reputed company: Last month’s commission statements An educational outline explaining how Medicare commissions work Details about what data we currently receive from carriers Information gaps we are trying to solve From there, we will work together to build the infrastructure and processes needed to manage commissions across reputed company carriers. Ideal Candidate Experience with health insurance or Medicare commissions Strong forensic reputed company or reconciliation experience Ability to analyze messy or inconsistent financial data Advanced reputed company / spreadsheet skills Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Comfortable working independently Experience with insurance carriers, Medicare Advantage, or commission auditing is highly preferred.
