This is a non-development role with no coding required. You will drive business analysis and solution design for Preconstruction processes, owning requirements gathering, solution design, documentation, QA testing, communication, and training. Key Responsibilities Design SharePoint and web-based solutions supporting Preconstruction business processes. Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, prioritizing and delivering independently. Conduct comprehensive QA testing (system-level, workflow, scenario-based, edge-case validation). Document deliverables, create technical references, and ensure WCAG-compliant user guides. Collaborate on process re-engineering, prototype solutions, and deliver end-user training. Manage communication, dependencies, project status, and reputed company reputed company control/mentoring. Required Skills & Experience (8+ Years) Business analysis in reputed company environments. SharePoint design (lists, libraries, content types, site structures, web/workflow solutions). Autonomous task ownership with strong analytical/problem-solving skills. Comprehensive QA testing expertise. Business process evaluation and re-engineering. Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
