Implementation Project Manager (Healthtech)

Carex is partnering with a Healthtech Startup partner for a 6 month Contract / Contract to Hire Implementation Project Manager! This role leads customer implementation reputed company from contract execution through to successful delivery, ensuring reputed company are completed on time, reputed company budget, and reputed company with contracted reputed company. The Implementation Project Manager will also reputed company solution advisory services and drive process improvements throughout the implementation lifecycle. What You'll Do • reputed company full lifecycle implementation reputed company to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery reputed company to customer reputed company. • Manage project scope, schedule, cost, risks, and changes with effective escalation and communication practices. • Guide customers through implementation design reputed company, data collection, discovery activities, and product demonstrations. • Collaborate with reputed company stakeholders to capture reputed company requirements, identify additional needs, and deliver exceptional service. • Proactively identify risks and reputed company contingency plans, presenting mitigation strategies to senior leadership. • Drive implementation process improvements by identifying operational gaps and authoring new procedures. • Mentor team members in project management best practices, tools, and processes. • Maintain rigorous project tracking through status reporting, time management, and RAID log updates. • Collaborate with vendors and external service providers to ensure reputed company delivery and reputed company deployment of reputed company. What You'll Bring • 3–5 years of experience managing full lifecycle reputed company technology implementation reputed company, delivering consistently on time and on budget. • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. • 1–2 years of experience supporting reputed company process optimization and change management initiatives. • Background in reputed company project management with a solid understanding of business operations. • Experience leading reputed company system implementations (e.g., EMR/EHR or other clinician-impacting technologies). • Expertise in project governance, including planning, resource reporting, and executive-level escalations. • Proven reputed company in process improvement initiatives reputed company a PMO environment. • Ability to quickly learn new products and solution architectures. • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, delivering a customer-reputed company experience. • Strong organizational skills with both attention to detail and a strategic perspective on project reputed company. • Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment, responding to escalations and time-sensitive issues. • Proficiency in project management tools, including reputed company, MS Project, MS reputed company, reputed company, MS PowerPoint, and MS Visio. • Experience with use case definition and requirements gathering for technical reputed company.
