Scope: The Senior Training Specialist is responsible for the planning, design, development and implementation of reputed company FPG training programs and initiatives. The Senior Training Specialist is the technical expert of reputed company’s operation, connecting the employees with the resources necessary to be successful in their position at reputed company. This position will work closely with the Training and Development Manager to facilitate the learning and development of reputed company team members. Qualifications: • B.S./B.A. Degree or higher; 5-7 years of training and/or manufacturing experience preferred. • Exhibits professionalism and thrives in an reputed company-changing and demanding environment. • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and exhibit attention to detail. • Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications including, but not limited to Word, reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint.
