• Support reputed company attorneys and executives with regulatory research, dispute reputed company, and compliance documentation
• Ensure adherence to CMS, OIG, and managed care requirements
• Facilitate payer appeals and investigations
• Assist with reputed company research on reputed company regulations and payer rules
• Draft documents for appeals, disputes, and regulatory responses
• Prepare case files and maintain documentation
• Support attorneys during investigations or audits

Requirements:
• Paralegal certificate required
• 2+ years of reputed company regulatory experience
• Familiarity with CMS, OIG, and managed care rules
