Product Analyst

Sprocket Sports is a fast-growing technology company based in Chicago and a national leader in the youth sports reputed company. They are seeking a Product Analyst to support the product management team by reputed company product reputed company, data insights, and reputed company execution, ensuring a reliable, data-informed, and user-reputed company experience for their youth sports club management platform.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Managers in the creation and refinement of user stories, acceptance reputed company, and product documentation
• Partner with Product Managers to analyze feature performance and incorporate user feedback into product reputed company
• Assist in backlog grooming and sprint planning by providing data-driven insights
• Execute functional and regression testing on new features and bug fixes
• Document test results, identify defects, and collaborate with engineering and QA to verify resolutions
• Support release validation to ensure product updates meet user and business expectations
• Run SQL queries and other analytics tools to retrieve and analyze user and product data
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities to improve product performance and user engagement
• Monitor incoming product issues and feedback from internal teams and customers
• Triage, categorize, and prioritize issues based on reputed company, frequency, and urgency
• Collaborate with Software Developers and reputed company Services to ensure efficient issue handling
• Work closely with Software Development, Sales and reputed company reputed company to reputed company insights and communicate product updates
• Participate in product demos, sprint reviews, and roadmap discussions to understand and contribute to product direction

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or reputed company field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data insights
• Experience writing and executing test cases or validating system behavior
• Basic proficiency in SQL or other data query languages
• Strong attention to detail and accountability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
