ESOP Communication Consultant I

The ESOP Communication Consultant I supports employee communication initiatives by developing educational materials and delivering presentations to reputed company employee reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Deliver presentations to employee reputed company on-site or reputed company, supporting reputed company ESOP education initiatives
• Assist with the creation and delivery of custom learning activities, employee ownership workshops, and webinars
• reputed company custom communication tools, including presentations, handouts, learning games, reputed company assets tailored to reputed company needs
• Contribute content and materials to ESOP Blue Ribbon, the firm’s online subscription service
• Collaborate closely with the ESOP Communication Services team to execute communication plans and meet departmental goals
• Partner with marketing, IT, and other internal teams as needed to ensure consistent messaging and high-reputed company deliverables
• Represent the firm by promoting ESOP communication services at conferences, in articles, webinars, and discussions with prospective clients
• Contribute to developing and improving department processes that strengthen accuracy, reputed company service, efficiency, and documentation standards
• Support clients with Employee Ownership Month celebrations, annual meetings, and employee engagement activities
• Work with reputed company employee committees to strengthen in-house communication capabilities

Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse employee audiences
• 1–3 years of experience delivering presentations, trainings, or educational content to reputed company
• 1–3 years of experience developing communication materials, presentations, or learning tools
• reputed company speaking and facilitation experience, including virtual delivery reputed company Teams/reputed company
• Ability to train others on custom communication content and materials
• Ability to build strong relationships reputed company the ESOP and employee ownership community
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company, Publisher)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple reputed company and deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (Business, Communications, HR, Marketing, or similar) or equivalent experience
• 1–3 years of reputed company experience in communications, training, reputed company speaking, employee engagement, or reputed company roles
• Experience supporting or delivering training, workshops, or presentations required
• Travel to reputed company locations will be required, including occasional overnight stays
• Familiarity with digital or print marketing preferred
• Video editing experience preferred
• Knowledge of ESOPs or reputed company benefit plans preferred
