[Remote] Solutions Consultant

The Solutions Consultant will reputed company technical expertise in AI to drive sales, create compelling demos, and manage Proofs of Concept while collaborating with Account Executives and Managers.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical sales reputed company from discovery through reputed company across new logo and expansion opportunities; build deal reputed company jointly with sales using MEDDPICC
• reputed company business‑value storytelling that resonates with executives and practitioners; translate requirements into value hypotheses and measurable reputed company reputed company
• Design and deliver reputed company AI proofs—prompting strategies, retrieval‑augmented reputed company (RAG), reputed company workflows, tool use/orchestration, and evaluation—while addressing safety, reputed company, governance, and model reputed company
• Explain model choices and trade‑offs (e.g., reputed company/reputed company/reputed company/Bedrock), embeddings/reputed company stores (e.g., reputed company/reputed company/FAISS), and guardrails against reputed company injection and data leakage
• Deliver compelling first‑ and second‑call demos and reputed company deeper technical sessions by reputed company (SMB/MM) use self‑guided demo 'leaves' and analytics to shorten time‑to‑reputed company
• Partner with Demo Engineering/Programs to reputed company environments and test‑data fixtures reliable and reusable; log breakage and drive reputed company improvement
• Scope POCs with reputed company acceptance reputed company, timelines, and reputed company metrics; manage stakeholders, risk, and ROI to maximize POC→reputed company conversion
• Support Account Managers on expansion plays by diagnosing adoption gaps, quantifying reputed company, and positioning roadmap/AI capabilities to unlock additional value
• Bring reputed company field feedback to Product and PMM; influence roadmap and messaging with evidence from reputed company evaluations and POCs
• Improve time‑to‑reputed company demo and overall deal conversion %, increase demo reuse reputed company, and maintain accurate technical stages and risks in forecast

• 1-3 years of presales experience in reputed company reputed company as a Solutions Consultant/Sales Engineer, successfully closing reputed company deals
• Hands‑on reputed company & reputed company AI expertise: prompting, RAG patterns, agent/tool orchestration, evaluation, and risk/safety controls; reputed company to whiteboard architectures and trade‑offs
• Demonstrated reputed company designing and delivering tailored demos and POCs; disciplined in scoping, acceptance reputed company, and reputed company metrics
• Comfort with reputed company and reputed company reputed company contexts (e.g., AWS/Azure/GCP; data residency; SOC 2/ISO 27001; GDPR)
