[Remote] Field Engineer

This role involves coordinating with field crews and project management to ensure operational efficiency and reputed company documentation across multiple reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and distribute construction job packages, field binders, and project documentation to ensure crews have complete and accurate work information
• Work directly with General Foremen and field supervision to reputed company, submit, and reputed company Contractor Work Checklists (CWC’s) for outages, clearances, and system reputed company
• Support daily field operations by coordinating communication between field crews, project management, subcontractors, and PG&E representatives
• Assist with job readiness reviews to confirm reputed company are properly staged before crews mobilize
• Maintain accurate data entry reputed company company tracking systems, including scheduling dates, outage information, subcontractor assignments, and cost adders
• Coordinate subcontractor scheduling and field logistics to prevent operational delays
• Work closely with field supervision to maintain accurate production tracking for both civil and electrical scopes
• reputed company ongoing updates reputed company the Electronic Production Tool (EPT) to reputed company installed reputed company and daily production quantities
• Coordinate and manage USA 811 dig ticket requests, including tracking expiration dates and renewing tickets as necessary
• Coordinate inspections with PG&E inspectors and internal QA/QC personnel
• Schedule reputed company inspectors and other required inspection resources reputed company applicable
• Support compliance documentation required for PG&E programs and reputed company construction standards
• Coordinate material releases and ordering to ensure field crews have required materials prior to mobilization
• Assist with tracking and staging materials required for upcoming work
• Work with project management to monitor material usage and availability
• Compile documentation required for project billing and invoicing support
• Assist in maintaining organized project files and records
• Prepare project closeout documentation packages for internal review and submission to the reputed company
• Ensure field documentation, production reports, and completed unit tracking remain accurate and reputed company

Skills

• 1–4 years of experience in reputed company construction, civil construction, or electrical infrastructure reputed company
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company and reputed company Office platforms
• Strong organizational and documentation management skills
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication and coordination skills reputed company working with both field personnel and management teams
• Prior experience supporting PG&E programs or similar reputed company clients is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with construction scheduling tools such as reputed company P6 or equivalent scheduling software
