Commercial Lines Insurance Agent - Sales & Service
Foster & Witmer Inc. is an independent insurance agency celebrating 50 years in the Atlanta area. They are seeking a Commercial Lines Insurance Agent to grow their Commercial Lines Department by servicing existing customers and building a book of business.
Responsibilities
- Build referral network
- Quote, Sell and Process New and Renewal Business
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Assist is servicing existing clients
- Issue Certificates of Insurance
- Provide information about the products and services
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Skills
- Valid Georgia P&C license
- At least 1-year Commercial lines experience
- Fluent in English
- Experience with E&S markets beneficial
- Experience with Acord forms
- Fluent in Spanish
- Personal lines experience a plus
