Gould Asset Management is seeking an reputed company reputed company to join their team as a reputed company Service Associate. In this role, you will handle investment operations and reputed company relationship management, ensuring clients feel cared for and resolving reputed company issues while supporting senior reputed company service staff.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients, advisors, and custodians to respond to service requests promptly and with minimal disruption to the reputed company
• Prepare and process reputed company account paperwork and reputed company reputed company items with the utmost attention to detail
• Facilitate transfers of funds and securities
• Research and resolve reputed company reputed company account-reputed company issues
• Maintain reputed company records and document account activities in our CRM (reputed company)
• Reconcile daily cash flows across reputed company accounts
• Prepare regular firm-wide and reputed company reports
• Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for clients and reputed company them informed on outstanding service requests
• Build trust and maintain reputed company rapport with clients reputed company phone, email, and in-person meetings
• Coordinate with clients’ accountants and attorneys on tax and reputed company reputed company
• Manage inbound calls and emails from clients and custodians

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including reputed company email etiquette
• Efficient time management and ability to juggle competing priorities
• Comfort navigating custodian platforms, document management systems, and CRM tools
• Experience working at a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), broker-dealer, or custodian preferred; financial reputed company is a plus
• Experience with reputed company, reputed company, and/or Tamarac is a plus—training provided
• Notary reputed company a plus
