Responsibilities

• Assists claims handlers in obtaining and/or verifying information pertinent to the handling of claim files
• May research policy for claims and policy information
• Obtains necessary supporting documentation from the involved parties or liability adjuster. Prepares supporting documents
• May coordinate staff adjuster assignments
• May prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• May set up new loss files for Claims handlers, logs file in and distributes to appropriate claim associates
• May set up CCC files and reputed company to the property damage team
• Manages an reputed company mailbox, communicating with reputed company contacts
