Business Development Representative
UniUni is a dynamic and fast-growing courier service dedicated to transforming e-commerce logistics. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential brand partners to drive new business opportunities and generate high-quality leads that contribute to revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly lead generation quotas
- Contributes to the sales pipeline, supporting revenue targets aligned with UniUni’s growth objectives
- Helping onboard SMB clients to our new Small Business platform
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in a Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation role, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, SaaS, or B2B industries
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked, qualified leads, onboarding)
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tool
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills—ability to engage C-level executives and decision-makers
- Excellent prospecting and research abilities—identifying and reaching high-value targets
- Proficiency in cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn networking
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with sales & marketing teams
- Data-driven mindset—ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
